GUEST SUITE BOOKING FAQ's HOW TO'S:

1. Booking of the guest suite is limited to Owners.  Tenants may not book directly and must have the Owner make the request on their behalf.  Any liability or damage as a result of a rental is the responsibility of the Owner.
2. The maximum single rental duration is 7 consecutive nights. This is to allow other residents access to the suite. 
3. Rates are $50 per night.
4. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. 
5. Payment is required 7 days prior to the booking date. Keys will be provided prior to arrival. 
6. Payment can be made via e-transfer to:  sundance.strata@gmail.com
7. Check in is 3:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged at time of booking.
8. The suite has a queen bed. Guest to provide all linens - bedding, pillows, towels etc.
9. Max occupancy 2 persons, No pets, No smoking. Violation of these rules will result in a fine of $200 to the strata lot responsible for the booking.
