GUEST SUITE BOOKING FAQ's HOW TO'S:

1. Booking of the guest suite is limited to owners.  Tenants may only book the guest suite with prior approval of the owner.  Any liability or damage as a result of a rental is the responsibility of the owner.
2. Rates are $50 per night and an non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. The maximum duration a guest can stay is 7 consecutive nights to allow other residents access to the suite. 
3. Payment is required for the first night stay 7 days prior to the booking date with the balance of funds due prior to arrival so keys can be provided.
4. Payment can be made via e-transfer (preferred) to:  sundance.strata@gmail.com or by cheque payable to KAS3575
5. Check in is 3:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged at time of booking
6. The suite has a queen bed. Guest to provide all linens - bedding, pillows, towels etc.
7. Max occupancy 2 persons, No pets, No Smoking.
